In this edition of Week in Rewind…yep, you guessed it, it went quick. Twinkletoes had Monday off so we drove back from Disney. It’s always a sad drive. We never like leaving (check out that out in my first blog post) but we always know that we can come back home! It was time to get back in our routine which both of us love. So without further ado…the week in rewind!
So here’s how it went down…
- Monday – Drove back from a lovely vacation at Disney.
- Tuesday – Took Mr. Man to the dermatologist to have a basal cell carcinoma removed. I’ve got to make an appointment for myself. Get checked!
- Wednesday – Walked 1.25 miles before Total Toning. Today it was back to barre class. I love Wednesdays! Oh, and I did some stretching and foam rolling too. My hip is not feeling all that great. Boo!
- Thursday – Ran 3 miles which included some speed training. Stretched and rolled before and after running and then checked on my patient.
- Friday – Walked 1 mile before Total Toning. Did some more stretching and rolling. Had aspirations of running 10 miles with the BTC the next day…
- Saturday – Well, I woke up and decided that 10 miles with the group probably wasn’t the best idea. So, I headed out in the neighborhood to see what I could do. And I made it 3 miles…walking. I decided that I was still far enough out that if it wasn’t something too crazy, that I would be fine for the marathon. So, off to the doctor I go.
- Sunday – Rest day! Meal planning and brunch!
