I’m starting to keep a training log. Do what? If I want to stay on task, I have to write it down.
So here are my goals for March.
1. Run 3 times a week.
2. Attend Bootcamp 2 times a week.
3. No cookies after dinner. Swap it for greek yogurt, dummy!
4. Play golf. Got in a round with Mr. Man last Sunday. It was great to be back out despite how bad I putted.
What did I do this week:
Monday – Ran 3.77 miles
Tuesday – Planks with Twinkle Toes
Wednesday – More planks
Thursday – Started Boot Camp
Friday – More planks
Saturday – Ran 3.04 miles
Sunday – Planks again
This weekend was one of first for Twinkle Toes. She had her first slumber party and her first performance at Riverwalk. I was much more nervous about the slumber party than the performance. She had a blast!
