It’s been a while since my last post. Work has been crazy. I’m way off track for my running goal. I’m working hard to at least come close. Have had some bad runs lately. I have allergy induced asthma and had some runs that were difficult. But yesterday’s run was much better.
And yes, I got my inhaler prescription refilled.
Just a quick note on Twinkle Toes and multiplication.
I’m so proud of her. But that’s not to say that the multiplication drills will end…
Her teacher sent home turkeys to decorate. Twinkle Toes thought hard about how to design hers and here’s what she came up with all on her own.
Meet Elvis the turkey. She did an awesome job!!
I’m anxious to decorate myself. Christmas is my favorite holiday. To me, it means family and it starts from above. I was blessed to be adopted into an amazing family. I won the parent lottery. And the grandparent lottery. My grandma, who passed away a few years ago, made every day special. Christmas was no exception. She was an excellent cook. More to come on that.
I have one true grandparent left. She’s 93 years young and she loves Natalie. Granny moved into the nursing home a few years ago and is still truckin’ even though she can’t walk anymore. She’s a good old soul.
Well, gotta get ready for work. So until next time…keep truckin’!
